i have been using paypal for years and everything has been great. now even better, ebay owns it--which help secure your purchase better.

why don't you withdraw your money to your bank account, it only takes 2-3 days.

I CAN'T THEY WON'T LET ME. THATS MY PROBLEM, THEY SURE TOOK THE MONEY IN A HURRY BUT WHEN YOU WANT IT BACK..... THEY SAY SCREW YOU. I HAVE EXCEEDED MY MONTHLY WITHDRAWL LIMIT (FUNNY I HAVEN'T USED PAYPAL SINCE OCTOBER). PLUS I CAN'T TAKE OUT ALL MY $600 AT ONE TIME WHICH IS A JOKE IN ITS SELF.

that is some funny $hit...i have withdraw $ up that amount and didnt seemed to stop me, but this was before ebay took over. i'm not sure about their withdraw policy now.

I had my paypal account frozen because of a large chargeback I had to do with my Credit Card company, luckily I didn't have any money in my paypal account because the only way to unfreeze it is to pay them the chargeback amount (4100 dollars...no way) Paypal is now added to my evil list as well since they in NO way tried to help me with the problem and are the reason I had to go to the Credit Card company.

that's right. i don't keep $ in there for more than a week. it's not a checking account, withdraw right away! A year ago i was ripped by an ebayer, paypal went through with their investigation and I got all my $ back. I can't complain. I do, however hear many cases of $ being frozen in the account, rendered inaccessible.

If you tie it to your bank account then when you transfer fees it's free and only takes like 3 days to deposit in your acct.

I DON'T EVER KEEP MONEY IN THERE, THE TRANSACTION I DID TOOK IT DIRECTLY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT, WHEN THEY REFUNDED ME IT TURNED INTO PAYPAL DOLLARS AN THATS WHAT PISSES ME OFF! i've never had a problem withdrawing funds from there. actually i just recently withdrawed over $2000 from it and it didn't stop me???

THEN I FOUND OUT THAT FOR EVERY $5 DOLLARS YOU HAVE IN YOUR ACCOUNT THEY MAKE 15 CENTS, NOW ITS NO WONDER WHY THEY WONT LET MY MONEY OUT.

SCREW PAYPAL! I paid for something with my credit card, and they made the mistake of taking it out of my checking account instead. My bank doesn't like me much when I have a -$500 balance in my checking account, but Paypal refused to do a damn thing about it. They said all I could do was get a refund and then transfer the money out of my paypal account back to my checking! Then, after over 2 weeks of having a negative balance, I get my money back and they refuse to pay my $21 dollar service fee for THEIR MISTAKE. They are a joke of a financial institution.

SOUNDS LIKE A BANK.... THIS IS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER! WELL I TALKED TO A SERVICE REP MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME TO STOP CALLING ABOUT THIS ISSUE BECAUSE I'M BEING VERBALLY ABUSIVE... WELL IF ASKING WHY I CAN'T GET MY MONEY PUT INTO MY ACCOUNT IS VERBALLY ABUSIVE THEN I NEED TO BE INPRISONED.
