OK easy stuff first. Not all that likely, but check the fuses on the lower drivere side to make sure none have blown. I reckon the dome light does NOT have it's own fuse and other lights would also stop working if it's a fuse, but it couldn't hurt to check anyway.
Second, check the actual bulb housing tro make sure it was not damaged and is making proper contact with the bulb.
Failing that, take it to the dealer for your next oil change. Tell them the dome light has stopped working. They will likely NOT charge you extra to inspect the dome if it's already there for another service.
Agree with Larz, best case scenario is that it's a fuse, but behavior of your problem prolly points away from that.
Unfortunately, something that seems as simple and easy as swapping your bulbs to LEDs in an Infiniti has caused some major issues in a lot of guys' cars: the bulb sockets/electronics are exquisitely sensitive. I burned out a wire harness swapping bulbs (fortunately fixed under warranty. IIRC one of the other moderators, Ilya, shorted out his BCM (body control module) doing something seemingly innocuous with his bulbs too.
Take home point: always disconnect your battery before doing anything electrical on your Infiniti even if it seems trivial - kind of a pain, because you have to reset your auto down function of your windows and readjust your sunroof, but may save you a multi-thousand dollar headache especially if you're out of warranty.
