dome light wireing problems

Yes i need a little help my dome lights dont work my stereo, tach lights dont work ive ripped out every fuse there all good what else could it be besides all the wireing being jacked they worked before then i touched 2 wires together and they stopped

same prob here man. My cig lighter wires came loose and apparently touched. Didn't even notice till smoke was coming from the center console. What I did was just hardwire everything into an empty fuse spot, and then put an in-line fuse on it. That's the only way i could fix it.

how about the climate control lights? try changing the tcu unit-its a white box under the driverside kick panel(left side of the clutch pedal).u might prollie want to go get it at a junk yard.dont go to a nissan dealership asking them, or u gonna look stoopid coz they dont knoe wuts a tcu-idk why?and they gonna charge u $300+ on it.

when ur wiring gets shorted it messes up ur tcu(when u wire ur stereo bad etc etc)... i think its like a fuse box or sumthing. when i first got my car i dont have a tach light and climate control lights.tried fixing all the wirings, bulbs and fuses and stil doesnt work. so i just decided to replace that tcu got it from a junk yard and it worked<solved one of the million problems my car had.i think connections inside that white box gets fried when u short something... go to a pick a part and wear cargo pants... just let it slide... hahahahahaha jk
