Dome light and Map light not working.help please

Hey guys, so i tried installin my key ring light. I wanted to power one wire to the red wire thats on the ignition cylinder. The other ground wire accidently touched the power wire-- it liked slipped and touched causing a spark. So now i have no dome lights or map lights and the bulb obviously wont work if i try to power them. I haven't had a chance to check the fuse box cause its dark out. Do you guys think it would be a fuse problem. or maybe i burnt a relay or something? : . any input would be appreciated

Hopefully its a fuse problem so check the fuse box(es).

ive check all fuses they all seem to be good. i found that the 100amp fuse looks a bit dirty/blown lookin' but if it was wouldnt it mean that my car wouldnt be able to run?

Did you replace the fuse? If so, what happened?

No i didn't replace any fuses because they're all good. i would assume the car wouldn't be able to start up without that 100 amp fuse. My door chime and interior lights wont work..any guesses?

check the 75 amp alt. fuse
