Getting ready to swap motors out one chucki coupe to another. I found a perfect lowmilage 89 coupe in SC no rust whatsoever. Was wondering is there is anything I should replace while the motor is out?? Nothing is wrong except a slight idle problem at times. I was thinking IACV and gasket, Coolant temp sensor, and injector o-rings, just to start. Anything else I should change. Thanks

Was thinking maybe do the water pump and oil pump?? Should I replace a lot of the stuff while its out. I didnt know if there was a list of stuff that SHOULD be replaced when the motor comes out. Trying to take care of things while its being swapped. I am kind of nerotic and am just trying to take care of the SR. Just wondering what others have done before. Thanks

oil pump and water pump. So much easier to get the front cover off, when its out of the car. Next time I pull my motor I will replace the timing chain, guides, and tensioner, so I would recommend doing that too, depending on your funds/nerocious
