Doing 90,000+ mi. maintenance etc.

On my 98 S14, KA24DE -AT. Wanna know what -engine oil should i use? (brand/type) -oil filter?-trans fluid? -diff fluid?-spark plugs?

-is there other things i can or should remember to do at this time? like valve, fuel inj cleaning etc..

I got the checklist from the nissan dealership. I need some organizing in my life.

90k is the same as a 30k.

Oil ChangeTranny fluid drain and refillCoolant FlushClean and adjust front and rear brakes.Spray out the throttle body with intake cleaner and renew the air filter.Rotate tires and check air pressure.

Thats about it for a 90k.
