WD- so if my transmission is in good condition i dont have to bother finding the transmission?

i dont know yet .. im thinkin bout putting the 91 cams because i heard theyre better than the newer dohcs.

does that make a difference in if i need the s14 ecu or not?

Your current transmission will work fine and the S13 cams are way better then the S14 cams, they also work with no ECU swap.
