DOHC head SOHC intake/exhaust?

my question is this will the intake & exhaust manifolds from an SOHC bolt up to the DOHC head, would there be a little but of modification or is this something that'ld be a pain in the *** & probably never work?

it will never work. the sohc and dohc ports don't even come close to lining up.
