DOHC HEAD ON SOHC BLOCK???????????

can this be done i've heard that it's possible to pull off.....

anyone,, and anyone have the info needed to pull it off

DOHC has a nice hole in the side of the block

I really don't get the whole thing. Why would you out an SOHC head on a DOHC block? It doesn't make any sense to me.

Maybe hes trying to make his engine like a LS/VTEC..

ONE,,, read it again DOHC head, SOHC block

and i guess you could say something like that BUT. i'm just trying to get it on the road the egine i got has a hole in it and my SOHC cams are screwed so, i asked people say it can be done.... flame me if you like but i figured i asked,,, you will never know if you don't

Oh, ok, DOHC to SOHC conversion. Yeah, its been done before, but itse not like a direct bolt up or anything. Its complicated as hell.
