Doesnt iddle properly after warming car up

I drive an S14 with a redtop in it. problem started a week & 1/2 ago. when I 1st start the car its fine till I let it sit to iddle. when car its finally warm, it starts shaking. It stays @ 1,000rpm's but keeps going down to about 800 then up to 1,000 etc etc...

I did a boost leak check and changed spark plugs and no luck.

Car runs fine tho; but ones you stop on a red light, sometimes RPM's goes up to 1,500 then to 1,000 and then starts shaking again.

Any input will be appreciate it. Thanks

Jezz... anyone got an idea what it could be? lol I cleaned up IACV yesterday and car runs way better than before but still having same issue. This is the methos that I use to clean it... ohh and by the way, now the car stays most of the time @ around 1,300rpm's. Maybe I need to reset the ECU?
