This car is amazing...

I wanna know everything that was put on this... mostly the wheels... because it seems that those specific wheels only come in 20 and 22" sizes (truck wheels) but those seem to be 17s or 18s..

I got this picture off a thread on this site... i need to see more of it...

I agree with you..I like that car too..search google for 240sx videos and you'll find one called "best drift video over 240sx" has a car that looks just like that one..<i think its same body kit>

http://www.enjukuracing.com has that complete body kit if you have 2,000USD lying around

as far as the wheels on it..those are atleast 18"'s..look like 19's to meh..but I'm no expert on anything car related

here's you a site with some rimshttp://www.gmpperformance.com/...k.htm

they dont have the ones on that car but they have a nice selection

p.s.Please dont "rice" it out..

How can u call it rice?

You dont even know whats under the hood... which happens to be an SR...

I dont think its rice at all... those wheels are OZ Vela 3 piece rims.. they are to expensive to be rice and are race bred... the bumpers and skirts are not overly agressive and rediculous, negative camber for drifting... no underbodies, no strobes, no rice... :squint

Thanks... you'd be hard pressed to find any rice on that machine... besides that car was built to drift... if you start calling it rice then we all might as well drive around stock... because that way no one can say "Oh, thats rice"

FrEaK...I actually saw a commercial for a Pontiac Sunfire that comes riced out from the factory so not all stock cars are safe ;). I actually just made a thread about the wheels on that car but deleted it when I saw this one. The wheels really look like Blitz Z2s (see pic). I want to say they are custom made for GP Sports but I really can't confirm that. I talked to Heavy Throttle and they have no info about the wheels even though they sell the body kit. Someone has to have some kind of info on these!!!

They look very similar but the ones on the 180sx are chrome plated

The wheels come in different finishes...the one in the pic is Blitz silver. IMO, they look alot cleaner than chrome but also cost more

Personal preference...I just don't like chrome. I think polished looks better.

Actually, the ones pictured are a special order "Blitz silver" finish. Here is a pic of the regular silver finish:

BTW...I just checked Blitz's website and they don't make these in chrome like I thought they did. It's either Blitz Silver or just plain old silver. You can always get them dipped in chrome but you would ruin a beautiful set of rims.

edit: Also, these wheels only come in a 18" diameter. They have to be a custom offset because I've been looking at the alot of pics of these wheels tonight and none of them have a lip as fat as the ones on that 180SX. Custom offset means HIGH dollar...a set of these for my supra in Blitz silver is $2800

I may have gotten the chrome plating mixed up with the blitz silver finish... that huge lip is one of the best parts of the wheels.....

I'm sure they could, as could you...but the question is how many drift cars have you seen that have chrome wheels...not many. Lets leave the chrome wheels for show cars that aren't driven :D Looking at the picture compared to some of the others I've seen of the Blitz silver Z2 wheels, I'm almost sure the GP Sports 180SX has this finish. I still say that it has a custom offset though.

A set of 18X10 (rear) and 18X9 (front) cost $2935. I really don't feel comfortable giving a price for a set of custom Blitz wheels but they will be VERY expensive. If I had to guess, I'd say somewhere towards the upper $3k range. These wheels are also somewhat heavy. One 18"X9" wheel weights 24lbs. You may want to talk to Dennis at http://www.wheelkinetics.com/html/index.html or Dusty at www.mvpmotorsports.com. I would start with Dusty cause he has always has a set of these in stock and you will be hard pressed to find a company with better customer service. Very nice guy.
