I've never seen anybody actually use this stuff in an engine? Do any of you guys have experience with this product? Does it work?

Nope - waste of $$$, as are most additives/treatments (Slick 50, etc).

Do a search on Google, there's plenty of literature out there.

MMO (in the old-fashioned red bottle) is actually a pretty decent all-purpose additive.

The ones that claim to do the most are the ones that actually do the least... Kind of like employees. :D

I dont count MMO as a snake oil additve because all it claims is being a detergent (well they hype it some), also seafoam is a good varnish remover as well.
