Does your Windshield Water Jets aim right spots?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I noticed my Windshield Water Jet Aiming all over my car...

my right side Jet is aiming fine but my left ones are aiming over the car? I want to wash my windshield, not my moonroof and guy's windshield left to me.

Now can you tell me? Does yours work well? mine just started to act strange after 9 mos of ownership 8k miles on the odo.

Well there are 3 jets per side. The passenger side is fine but the far left one on the driver side always got block by the wiper arm when it is down.

I just walked out to check them 3 holes mid facing down aiming the bottom of the windshield, left one jet over left windshield, right one aiming middle of my moonroof.

mines fine

i hate how the EX's wind shield is designed. the heaters on the dash cant reach the bottom of the windshield so snow fills up the little gap between the wind sheild and the hood of the car in that little gap. that also where the wind shield wipers are when they arent in use so the snow ends up freezing the wipers and its just a big hassle in the winter. If they are the same as the G's. You can adjust them.

Nope, not after about a month of ownership. They were fine at first and now the passenger side one aims way low and just hits the wiper. If you pull the lever sort of toward you and UP also, then it works. But annoying to have to do that. Anyone take it to the dealer and get a fix?

I had problems with mine and complained to the dealer who replaced my original 2-jet per side model with 3-jet ones. They've been perfect ever since.

I didn't do anything special. I complained about the poor aim and the weak jets and the dealer replaced my nozzles using part numbers: 28930-1BA0B 28931-1BA0B(presumably, one is the left and the other, right)

Afterwards, I noticed that each squirted 3 streams of fluid compared to the originals which only had 2.

I think there is also a TSB out about the jets. I say this because I just got my car Friday night and I have three jets on it, not two. The car was produced on 3/08. Unless, if they changed the design before that date, which I doubt.

My EX35 has 3 jets per side (driver / passenger)

The weak one is the left most part of the driver side.

I guess I have to tell that to the service dept. for my 7.5k oil change.

I was able to manage adjusting the jet aim with pins, but its very hard to adjust the left one on the drivers side, due to my strong force to move them, i guess the holes got bigger i am getting very strong water jets coming out from 5 other holes the left one is hitting the wiper arm when its down... i guess i need to find a stronger pin to move the stuck one on my left, the wall pin is keep getting bent.

I got 3 on each side as well. My weak one is the right most one on the passenger side!

It sounds like through all these post that one jet is weak out of the 6 total. Strange. I have one weak one right in the middle of the passenger side. It's ok, I still have 5 other jets that are smokin.
