Does Your N/A Lag?

So when i was giving my Z gas is seemed to lag.I could feel the engine hesitating or something.

I watched this video and he mentioned something similar at 1.38

My N/A auto lags for a second before it takes off but you a 5 spd and should be instant. Unless you have a lost of power which could be a vacuum leak or need to do some cleaning to some of certain parts to stop the hesitation.

check your compression, the same thing happened on my NA and i has little to no compression on my 6th cylinder, make sure your compression is AL LEAST above 140

hey guys having a similar problem my 300 is lagging like crazy and I just cant figure out what it is ive changed the spark plugs to the recommended and ive taken it to shops that charge a fortune that I don't have the money for. ill describe the symptoms when Im in lower rpms and I press the accelerator it lags for about 6 seconds a long time then once it gets to 4500 rpms it does it again but this one lasts for a second also sometimes after turning off my car it gets even worst and it barley drives and also sounds like its back firing with does not sound good. plssss help

follow these links. i was having these same issues when i got mt Z. i ran some sea foam, cleaned the throtttle bodies, replaced the air and fuel filter(make sure your lines are tight). now she runs smooth. do a compression check and check for your injectors.

6 seconds.. owch.. mine seems to stumble at take off from a stand still, but it is like a 1/2 second is all.
