You shouldn't have a problem. Before you buy, I'd contact vortech to double-check.

I've heard of other X owners that were running FI... I don't believe there is anything different. You probably just don't want to dump the clutch at high speeds as this can stress AWD trannies a lot.

like Joe said though, give them a call and they'll be able to answer your questions better than anyone else here.

Yeap,

I've seen one myself too. Don't think you'd have any problems. The awd is actually pretty maint. free. Never heard anybody to have problem with it. So I would imagine the 100hp extra would not hurt it much.

I would love to hear from you have everything goes etc. Do you planning to do it yourself or get a local shop to do it?

Keep us posted.

The X only comes in auto. There's no manual variant. I'll call them to see what they say. Doesn't apply to me, but I've always been intrigued by the idea of power and awd on a sexy G.

More traction + more power = More fun.

I would actually modify the snow switch. Leave it to 50/50 % AWD and take the restriction off for the acceleration. That would give 100% awd for the start up till hi the 12mph. It should help even more.zozo
