What I mean is like when it says 245/35-19, does it matter if its like 255/ instead of 245/ or like 225/ ??? does that matter?
When I choose 19" for the altima coupe on tirerack.com it automatically picks 245/35-19.

Read a bit about tires... the 1st number is the width of the tire (and yes you can run "fat" or "stretched" but its not advised), the 2nd number is the "profile" or height of the tire, and the third is the wheel diameter...
Without a wheel, no one on earth can tell you what tire will fit it, or if it can fit on the altima... Start reading in the section I mentioned above
