theres a guy who smashed his Z and i was thinking about buying his ECU chip, his car was an automatic n/a and mines a 5 speed does it make a difference?

heres what he emailed me about it...

ECU upgrade includes removal of the speed limiter and raises the revlimiter to 7500 RPM. The fuel and timing maps are also adjusted toachieve maximum reliable horsepower.

Innovative Autosports chips are custom tuned by out in house dyno formaximum horsepower on cars with intake and exhaust upgrades.

With the Non Turbo chip you can expect a 20-25 horsepower jump

im buying this chip off him in a couple days if you guys have no objections... i trust the knowledgeable nico kr3w over this guy... help me out.

Sound like a scam to me

Like people selling 5 cent resistors on ebay and saying the are JDM specand charging 5-20 bucks for a couple

But idk that much about 300's yet so it could be a steal i think NSRZ32 would be the best person to tell you

An automatic ECU will not work with a 5 speed ECU, so that kills it right there.

yeah i figured it wouldnt work, and i looked up "Innovative Autosports" and sure enough there an ebay seller. the guy was also trying to sell me that damn thing for $50 and he said he paid $150 its only $45 on ebay... he also told me the auto chip would work with the 5 speed. (SCAMMER)
