When I changed my head gasket I was unaware the head bolts were torque to yield (KA24E). So, I believe my TPS sensor or MAF went bad. My car was running at 6000 when I would start it. Would the pressure caused by the high RPM's be enough to create a gap in the gasket/head due to the reused head bolt? I know I have a head gasket leak, I'm just trying to figure out whether it's the head bolts,or a bad head. I still plan on getting the head checked for cracks and/or warpage. Just trying to weigh my options.
