two 5zigen typhoon's, silver, 17x9 +43 offset 5x114.3 bolt pattern. used, with two visa brand tires 255-40/17. $150 for the pair with tires mounted on em...

could i throw these on the rear or my kouki with no problems? hows the offset look? im not too good with all the wheel technicalities. i do know however that 17x9 is a good size to go with. i'd be on the usual 16x7's up front still until i find another good deal.

watcha think yooo?

Thats a pretty crappy offset. IF they clear, they're going to be pretty sunken in. I run a 17x9 +20 and its pretty much flush on an S13. These are going to sit almost an inch further in and you're putting them on an S14 which means they're going to be noticiably sunken in.

Those wheels must have come off of a FWD vehicle.

Or an 300ZX or S2000 or FD or an S15.

Normally I'd say no. But 16x7 +35whatever S14 with Origin is so stale I'd say you don't have a choice... Something must be done immediately and a 17x9 with a 25mm spacer is a a start.

eh, i'll just wait till i have enough $$ post-turbo for the enjuku wheels they have for me. (4) 17x9 mb motorsports gunmetal used, $400. i think they're like... a +23 or something in the 20's or something.

damn Chris please stay away from those that offset is ugly. If you set on 9in wide try to stay below +30 around +15 would be ideal but that just my opinion

my friend just got some of those MB wheels I think the offset he said was +23 but they also make them in +17, Either way I would still run like a 10mm spacer on the rear

here's another option. i know it's a +35 offset which is questionable... but let me know whatcha think. the price is clean.

Whoa, those are some heavy wheels . And it's weird that they list the narrower wheel as almost a pound heavier???

Dude you don't want those wheels they are kinda heavy IMO and there is like 5 people with those same wheels in our area. You might as well get the 5zigen fanboy wheels. They actaully come in a nice size in 5lug 9in +15 and 10in +12. That one black Kouki had them at the drift practice (don't know if you remeber) in black with the polish lip, those looked hot.

im on a serious budget here, jeff. otherwise, i would get alottttt of nice things. probly not the fn01crs or whatever, but something nice, good offset, blah blah. if i can get the rims, i can persuade my dad to believe my tires are bald and i need new ones, just he wont know that they're different size, and that he's paying more. it's for my safety. so im trying to stay around $4-600 for all four rims, just tryin to find something i can afford since i have turbo first, plus suspension as well...

Then just leave the wheels for last, finish your turbo install you know you've wanted it for a while now then get whatever it is you want to do for suspension.Wheels can make or break your car so you might as well save up and get something that you really like, the way they look and fit and all else

unless you buy used the only thing i would say are team dynamics

pro race 1.2 in 17x9 f/r would be hot with your car

did you get fenders or not i forget

all rightey then

i dont know what look you need, but i bet if you can run 17x9 +20 around on an s13 you could run 17x9 +23 around on s14, which you can get with the team dynamics

i think you can get a set of them for like 600-ish too, i can try to find a price for you

Yeah they should fit +23 on the s14 nicely. My friend put those same exact wheels(MB weapons) on in bronze but with a +17 and he said all he had to do was roll the front fender a bit, So with a +23 I think he should be OK.

If anything Chris you can just get Enjuku to roll the front a bit. I think his name is Matt, he is pretty good with the fender roller

yeah i dont even know what fender rolling means, haha. but i'll most likely hit up those mb weapons in gunmetal, all 4 at 17x9 +23 for $400 decently used, few scratches but hey whatever i can always get em refinished. thanks anyways nismofly!
