Good choice on the turbo. I'd get the JGS and a used Tial from Ebay. Get a 1G DSM BOV, and everything else looks good, but add some guages.

Questioning those injectors though. The turbo you've picked can flow much more power than those are rated up to (250hp IIRC) so go ahead and get some 550's.

You guys are paying too much for stuff, lol...JGS manifold is like 150, provided you weld it yourself...

Why get the emanage? For the same price you can hack your MAF, buy a safc and wideband and tune away...

Intake piping for $300? Downpipe for $200? Are you insane? I can do that for half that, in Canadian funds!

Intercooler for $500? Street Imports sells a nice intercooler for $250...

Bov for $120? Try a 1g dsm for $50...

Turbo timer for $80? Sit in your car outside the store for a min to let her cool down, lol...

Boost controller anyone? $10 in parts...

Test pipe for $100? Whose ripping you off? I made mine for less than $10 bucks canadian!!!

If you got money to waste go right ahead and get those brand name products...but the way i see it, i can boost in 2 years once i collect all those parts or boost in 2 months and over the next 2 years upgrade the little stuff like EBC, turbo timer, etc...

No offense to you guys, but i'm just letting the poor guys like me know that things can be had much cheaper...

I cant weld ****, i dont have a welder, nor experience in welding.

Would i be able to get a Z32 MAF instead of hacking mine?A SAFC2 is like 400 bucks, and a wideband is like 300.. right?

will a 1G DSM BOV work well?

Boost controller for 10 bucks?

EBAY is your only and best friend. An safc 2 can be had for 270 buy iy now. I have a 1g dsm bov, if you havent seen one before its very nice quality, if you paint the top it looks like a greddy type s. I have one I can sel you for like 50 with the aluminum pipe. A manual boost controller, can be made at your local hardware store for less than 8 bucks. Dont listen too all these guys saying its going to cost 4 grand. Shop around, ebay, for sale sections, everyware. I built my turbo kit for an s14, with t3, log mani, wideband, 3'' catback, gauges, 370's, safc, not intercooled yet, but it can be done for a little over a grand. One thing I highly reccomend is get an innovative wideband o2, Its 350 shipped. Ive blew one engine, because I cheaped out on fuel system. But dont cheap out on fuel. The most important aspect. 370's walbrow, and safc are the minimum.

We are not getting some ghetto setups here.

The JGS manifold all welded with external wastegate is around 400

Intake piping...18 gauge aluminum mandrel bend...pricy as hell

200 for down-pipe and 200 for Exhausts, 2.5”-3.0” 16 gauge stainless steel, mandrel bend, have you checked the prices lately, one U-bend is like 40-50 bucks.

Hacked MAF…no thank you, I like my engine

True I’m over killing on my engine tuning, but when I’ll be stupid enough to run 12 psi on stock bottom end I could without too much trouble.

Do it right the first time…that's my motto...
