Im looking for a 3" catback that is not loud... does that exist? Im trying to get the best performance without pissing off my parents and the nazi fremont cops. Any recomendations?

I don't think 3" is generally recommended for NA applications. Do you have a turbo?

If the exhaust that you are looking at comes with a silencer, it does help to quiet it down a bit. Blitz makes the realizeTT that is pretty quiet and nice construction.

Im getting my sr within the next few weeks so I will be looking at 3" exhausts. arggg I really dont want to go with a silencer cuz i think theyre ugly... but it looks like i wont have much of a choice.,

BUUuuuut... it's not exactly quiet. It's not as loud as many alternatives... but it's louder than stock FOR SURE!

Definately get the N1 dual. It's loud, but it really is the best exhaust for this car in my opinion. Friend has HKS but I don't like it as much. And it looks good.
