Okay you get in the car, start it, go to lock the doors and they unlock quickly? I wish we had automatic locking doors!

If you keep the key fob in your left pocket... you might be pressing it up against the door with your leg. I know that ocasionally happens to me.

that only happens to me if my door is not closed or something like that

That has happened to me a couple times. I not 100% sure, but I think it happened when I pressed the start button and then pressed the door lock button, before the car actually started. It could've been in the process of cranking, not sure as it's been a while - I've been waiting until the engine starts to lock the doors.
