Does this CAS look right???

I'm referring to the angle of the crank angle sensor, i changed the timing belt and checked the timing after bypassing knock sensor and this is where it needs to be (the timing mark did bounce around a little bit). In every other picture i see its right around the middle, do i have a crappy CAS, PTU? Any responses are appreciated, Thanks
