i'm no expert at assessing accidents but i'd say you probably can if you have the money. I think you can replace the bumper. As for the engine bay...i'll leave that to an expert to answer.

Does the car drive in a straight line? The front can be fixed. But depending on the frame damage. If the car drives straight then nothing is really hurt just crushed. Goign to need to hook it up to a machine or tree and chain(down south way) to get your frame back in place...

Yes it can be pulled and repaired but it won't be 100% ever again. You could even cut a secion off a car at a junkyard and weld it on. It would be cheaper just to find another shell and swap everything over.

Ouch, I wouldn't mess with that chassis after that.... The car will never be straight again.
