Does the stock KA-E fuel pressure reg respond to boost?

I'm well-read in the field of turbocharging, but not with Nissans in particular. I know the stock FPR reduces pressure as manifold vacuum increases, but does it also increase pressure on a 1:1 scale for positive manifold pressure?

I'm wondering because my Mustang SVO(2.3L turbo) uses the same regulator as the 5.0 Mustangs.
