does the sr20 use the rear 02 sensor
Im in the process of doing my lower harness wiring I have and s14 and Im putting in a s13 engine. my stock ka24 downpipe has a rear 02 sensor in it. my aftermaket sr20 downpipe dosent have a hole for this 02 sensor( and I dont have the stock sr20 downpipe o compair). so basically my Simple question is does the s13 sr20 use a rear 02 sensor? and if it does where is it located. I need to know because I need to know if I need to wire it into my harness. I have searched I couldnt find anything.

No, Nissan just likes to throw in extra costly sensors. The upstream o2 sensor is what calibrates your vehicles fuel gauging capabilities based on oxygen readings and a downstream o2 basically checks the upstreams o2 efficiency and the catalytic converters efficiency. What brand is your downpipe?

yea I got the one to my elbow. I was wondering bout the other one connected to my stock ka24de downpipe. Thanks for answering my question.
