Ok i tried a new boost controler and set it for 15psi, everytime the bost goes over 14psi in first gear the car misses and pops, as if it has fuel cut. I dont think its lean as it does this even with race gas. any ideas?

The stock T25 turbo is not really any good over 12-14psi. Your turbo is just maxed out.

I havent heard of anyone boosting that high on a stock T25 but they could be using a stock T28 which would boost a little higher than a T25.

ah, so your saying the turbo is just stalling at the psi, causing the motor to not get the air it needs? as the turbo just cant push over that amount? this would make sence

Exactly, the exact phrase would be the "turbo is past its efficiency range" just to be technical.

That was what I thought and 13psi on just a walbro is not good. Turning up the boost without adjusting the fuel is the easiest way to blow up an engine.

I did run stock boost on the dyno 7psi. But we did one run at 14psi and the turbo pooped, so operator let of gas and told me to check to see what the turbo could push, he said the fuel is there but something else is not. like you guys said turbo just cant do it
