Does the Megan Racing DP work with a KA-T?

"IAP", but you have to buy their boost-creep-inducing manifold for it to line up AFAIK.
And N-sport, but then you need a revhard manifold and an on-center T4 turbine.
And F-max, but you need their manifold, etc...
You get the drift...these things are mainly custom.
You can use an SR dowpipe, but you'll still need a 6-8" outlet to go from the turbine to the DP flange.

Is that 6-8" section straight or does it have a bend in it?
