No.The only mechanical differences are suspesnion/steering (HICAS) upgrades on the "t".

The supercharged V8 on the J30t produces about 375 hp compared to the base model's paltry 210 hp.

Come on now Vimy, j30t only has 25 posts, cut him some slack...The Touring models on all the Infiniti cars have the same engines, just upgrades to suspensions and other goodies like HICA steering and thicker sway bars and stiffer shocks.
