Does the door pocket hold a water bottle?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I was looking at the door pocket of the EX35, it doesn't look like it can hold a small water bottle like my G35, can anyone confirm?

Doesn't look like anything will fit in it but the EX35 comes with 4 cup holders.

Yea, the Cup-Holders work better than the Map-Pockets do, for Bottled-Water.

I just tried putting a water bottle (16.9 fl oz) in my EX35's door pocket - it doesn't fit. There's 2 cup holders in the front, and 2 in the back (on the armrest that folds down between the back seats).

The 2 cup holders in the front are enough for me (though if you have two big cups they won't fit next to each other very well).

if you had watched D.U.I commercial on TV or i can't recall what kind of commercial it was, ppl filled their whole car with alcohol and for motorcyclist, helmet with alcohol. i think filling the door with water and getting a long straw sounds like a great i dea.
