Does the AERO kit come standard with the sports package?

I finally sold my Cayenne and will be buying a M45 very soon! Can't wait.... I want to make sure I get it loaded up though as I'll be buying used.

I love the sport wheels and the aero kit, does the aero kit come with any package or someone would have had to add it seperatly?

The sport package is put on by the Manufacturer or Infiniti dealership.Make sure you order your M45 with the Aerodynamics package. It looks so much better that way. Oh, no the Sport package addition does not automatically add the Aero kit.Good luck on your M45 purchase!

Aero kit would be high on my list if you are buying a M35/M45.Stands out and gives the M a very aggressive look!Good luck!

What options are a MUST have in this car? I have to have the upgrade sound... do all those options come in packages?

Not all options come in the Sport pkg. The best audio you will be able to get is the 14 speakers 5.1 Bose system.You need the Advanced Technology package at minimum to get that.Though even the best audio system Infiniti has to offer for the M's is not all that great compared to some vehicles OEM audio gear.I have yet seen anyone post about being able to upgrade the audio system without effecting the entire system.If you get the Premium package one you will be pretty much set.Good luck!

If you get the advanced technology package you'll get the 14 speaker bose system, laser cruise control and lane departure warning. Its easy to spot cars with the advanced tech package, just look for the small bose speakers in the shoulder of the front seats. There are some other more subtle cues, but the speakers are a quick give away.

I think the upgraded stereo system is definitely worth it. It includes a DVD player in the center console which is able to play dvd-audio (and dvd video) discs - the sound is awesome.

One other thing, before I bought my 2006 I'd read some complains about the limited adjustments for the passenger seat. I ignored them and found that it really is bad. The passenger seat sits low, and you cant raise it and keep it level. Only the back of the seat moves up, and so you're tilted forward. If you're going to have a frequent passenger keep in mind that the issue was fixed on the 2007s.

Thanks for the tips man! I would say 90% of the time I'm without passenger, but when I do have a passenger that would be really annoying.

I'll look at the '07s but the price point between 06 and 07 is pretty significant I believe.

Same here, 95% of the time its just me in the car so I dont care. And my fiancee says the seat is fine for her, shes used to it. You just sit low.

I bought a pre-owned 06 M35x with no AERO kit. I ordered one from Infinitiparts .com I think it was $1300 to the door. I had a body shop put it on and they charged me $250. So for $1550 my car looks great. Or I forgot I did get one of those painted rear spoilers for $115 off ebay worked great.
