Welcome to NICOclub. I am not sure, and with it not being my money, I hate to send you in that direction, but to me it sure looks like it should fit. Typically, Nissan makes only one mid-generational fascia change for their models, and it seems like the hourglass outline of the grille was it for this generation.

Hi EdBwoy, thank you for trying to help. We have a lot of QX70, FX37 and FX35 owners here so I assume someone might know. My current grill is peeling paint and is looking ugly. Would like to replace the grill asap. First, I would like to confirm if it fits or not.

I own a 2017 QX70. Have you had your grill out? Pretty simple operation. Maybe 10 minutes to remove.Here is what I can do to help you.
1) Remove the clips holding the cover over the radiator
2) There are five (5) nuts holding the grille.
3) After removing the nuts pull from the top and the grille should come right out
4) Provide some measurements and I will remove my grille and check your measurements against mine. Overall length and height of grille, distance top and bottom of the 5 nuts.
I can email you pictures of the grille front and back when I remove it.I cannot promise you when I can do this is the only negative factor.
