Does the 2013 Sentra SL share the same suspension as 2010?

Hey guys, just got a 2013 Sentra SL and am looking for some information. Does the 2013 Sentra SL share the same suspension as the 2007+ Sentra? I'm looking to lower my car with coilovers but wanted to know if the 07+ would fit. TIA!

I'm sure it is probably different. I tried to cross reference after market parts such as eibach and they don't even list the 2013 sentra for suspension components yet.

There is someone who has a lowered B17 but I don't know what components or manufacturer they used for it

The person who lowered it used megan racing springs from a japan version nissan sylphy.
