I hope this doesn't change your mind about getting a new INFINITIJesda wrote:http://www.infiniti.com/form/m....html
When I went to build a Q45, it didnt offer 2006 as an option?!?
RPM matching algorithm like on the Y50. Ratios unchanged, as far as I am aware.qship96 wrote:I thought they played with the gear ratios again for 2006,still trying to get it right, also, isnt rear steer new for 06?

The F50 Q45 final drive ratios are according to the Nissan-Infiniti news websitemaxnix wrote:RPM matching algorithm like on the Y50. Ratios unchanged, as far as I am aware.

That would be the so far unorderable Sport model.Fred D. wrote:I believe this is the 2006 Q45.
And they'll probably have to give away money, cocaine, and oral sex to get anyone to buy them. Sad.nchopp wrote:All '06 Q45s will be the Sport model, and there won't be many of them. According to the Sales Manager at Bloomington Infiniti in Minneapolis, nearly all of the dealerships will be getting 2 or 3 at most.
Depends on who the buyer is!Jesda wrote:And they'll probably have to give away money, cocaine, and oral sex to get anyone to buy them. Sad.
I understood there will still be a premium model that has some options not available on the Sport model. I bet there is still a base model also.nchopp wrote:All '06 Q45s will be the Sport model, and there won't be many of them. That is correct on the Premium, but the base model IS the Sport now.maxnix wrote:I understood there will still be a premium model that has some options not available on the Sport model. I bet there is still a base model also.
Could very well benchopp wrote:All '06 Q45s will be the Sport model, and there won't be many of them. According to the Sales Manager at Bloomington Infiniti in Minneapolis, nearly all of the dealerships will be getting 2 or 3 at most.
WOW, that's a bit pricey for people to have high expectations about it and be let down once it's released. They shoulda asked more questions to the consumer before building. It gets old when people build and don't find out what people really want in a car. As long as they do that there will always be a market for Aftermarket parts.TgduMg wrote:2006 Infiniti Q45 Sport Price Sheet
unfortunatly,in almost any way you look at it. interior style and quality of materials are a big one, along with resale value, and prestige of brand in consumers eye.this model of q is a total dog when comparing to whats out there in the market, and the sales numbers show infiniti has missed the mark on what makes people open their wallet in this catagory of purchase.what a shame........HashiriyaS14 wrote:How does an LS430 blow away an F50 Q45?
I guess people look for different things in cars.qship96 wrote:unfortunatly,in almost any way you look at it. interior style and quality of materials are a big one, along with resale value, and prestige of brand in consumers eye.this model of q is a total dog when comparing to whats out there in the market, and the sales numbers show infiniti has missed the mark on what makes people open their wallet in this catagory of purchase.what a shame........
Dang, you couldn't touch either one of those around here for that price, add about 5-6k and you'll be in the range. I still see '01 Q's for 20k+ around here.nchopp wrote:I'm deciding between a Y34 M45 or F50 Q45 right now (probably in 6 months or so) and both are at about $20,000 for an '02. I'm REALLY leaning towards the M.
The M45 would be a 2003 probably.nchopp wrote:I'm deciding between a Y34 M45 or F50 Q45 right now (probably in 6 months or so) and both are at about $20,000 for an '02. I'm REALLY leaning towards the M.
