Does Tech Package interfere with radar detectors?

Does the tech package interfere with a windshield mounted radar detector? e.g. would it cause the radar or the laser detection to go off all the time?

On my g37 vert - don't have tech on the ex35 - the tech package does not interfere with my radar/laser detector (escort 8500x50) if I keep the detector well forward (towards the front of the car).

Thanks. I moved it to the top of the windshield On the upper right side of the mirror to the opposite side of the LDW sensor. It works fine now.

I have a passport 9500ix though and the GPS sensor is still taking a couple of minutes to initialize. I think it doesn't have the best view of the sky from this location.

According to this site http://www.laserprotector.com/propark.asp the ICC and police LIDAR both operate at 904 nm--so there could be some issues (if it's a laser detector) with picking up the signal your bouncing off of the car in front of you.

Anyone else notice you can actually see the LIDAR sweeping on your front camera if you have DCA on while pulling into a garage?
