Just wondering, i lost one of my rocker are guides from my SR20DET motor during a move and according to my FSM they have many different thickness for the shims, but what about the guide. It doesn't say anything in there about it. Can i go to nissan and order a guide that has the same thickness as the shim has or are all the guides the same???

The guides are all the same thickness. That is what sets the height of your rocker arm. Then the shims go on the other valve. If you mixed them up from what the factory installed you are going to have to re-measure it all.The factory service manual for the S14 lays it all out very clearly.

If nothing is mixed up, then yes, you can order another guide, they are all the same.

All the shims were the same thicknesses and the guides were also, so i guess it really doesn't matter were they went. Ordered a new guide from nissan today and they said there is only one part number. Now i'm wondering about the rocker arms. There are numbers on the bottom of each one and are different. What does that number represent? Does it matter what order they go back in?
