Does Nismo or Kazama engine mounts lower the engine compared to the stock mount?

Does Nismo or Kazama engine mounts lower the engine compared to the stock mount?

If not, is there any engine mount that can put the engine lower into the engine room?

In my experience, the Nismo mounts raised my KA about 1" from the old mounts and made it so i couldnt clear my strut brace. I have no experience with Kazama mounts.

The kazama/cusco mounts are just solid stock replacements, so I highly doubt they will lower it. But they will make your car shake like a machine gun.

You could try buying some CA nismo mounts from courtesy. The CA originally sits lower in the engine bay than a KA, but most of us use the KA mounts cuz they're cheaper, which shifts our engines about an inch or so higher than it should be. The CA mounts would lower the ka, but I don't know how close the oil pan would be to hitting.

I wasnt aware there was a Nismo engine mount for the CA, the one most commonly found is for the SR, which also fits the KA but makes the KA sit higher. Ive look at Courtesy's site, and all i see is the standard Nismo engine mount, which i believe is for the SR. Please, correct me if i am wrong.

You are correct. The only mounts the Courtesy has listed on their site are the SR mounts. There are Nismo mounts made specifically for the CA, which were only available from Nissan of Japan. Courtesy bought a supply of them, and you have to call them in order to get a set.

I still am curious as to if the KA oil pan would hit the sway bar if using the CA mounts.
