im looking at gettin another max and the guy doesnt have the title how do i get one does n e one know whats the process and cost

There are a lot of people out there who cant pay for theircar so they "let" it get stolen. Be sure the owner is in thecar with you if you test drive it cause you could get stoppedby the cops and get thrown in jail if u dont show up as theowner.
