I’ve never inspected a turbo before I poked the turbine it seemed to have little if no play and from what I’ve read in that department it seems fine but there is a lot of carbon buildup inside and there was some oil on the bottom of the turbo, granted all the gaskets I replaced probably were the ones from factory they all crumpled and snapped into dust.

Looks good to me. I don't see any chips or pitting. Carbon is pretty normal and has more to do with your engine and air fuel ratio than it does with the turbo. Replace those oil gaskets and you should be good to go.
Also, if you have a PCV system routing to your suck side of the turbo, make sure you run an oil catch can in between, and check it/empty it regularly.

Thanks the engines out of the car and I’m assuming it was running a little rich the oil smells a tiny bit like fuel I bought the engine a few months ago and it just had stock pcv system,do you recommend getting a catch can asap or something I can do like a month after the engines in the car. Just trying to save money where I can lol.

I typically wait until the engine is in the car so you can more easily figure out where you want to mount it, bracketry, etc.
If the engine is out, you could do a PCV delete as well... that way you never have to worry about it.
