does lightened flywheel/driveshaft affect tuning?

it is to my understanding that tuning adjust your a/f ratio and input it in whatever a/f management you got

but flywheel/driveshaft seems to affect rpm so I want wondering if I can just get my car tuned, then install flywheel/driveshaft

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking if you can have the ecu tuned and then later install an aftermarket driveshaft and flywheel? It shouldn't cause a problem since both of those dont really have anything to do with engine operation, just how the power produced gets to the wheels.

that stuff won't do anything to the ecu tuning.
