They do if you take it in with it on for service. Keep the factory stuff incase

They first must prove that the intake caused what issue you need fixed under warranty, so it doesn't necessarily void the warranty. Get on good terms with your advisor/tech and see if they will install if for you, that way you won't haven any problems in the future.
