Does insurance company covers you if engine swapped to SR20DET

I really need to know because I cant swap if insurance wont cover!!

There is no reason to tell them.This is kinda like asking your agent "will my insurance be higher if I carry a gun in the car with me?".

Yes and no.choice a) not tell them and you will be insured to the book value of the (unswapped) car b) tell them and agree to insure the car at a higher "agreed upon value", with higher premiums.Not all carriers offer choice b)

if you go choice a keep the old engine and swap it back in if you a in an accedent and keep the sr
