Does Fuga grill fit the M35/M45 2008 front bumper?

Does anyone know if the Nissan Fuga grill in Japan a direct fit and no modifications with lineup mounting tabs on the Infiniti M35/M45 2008 front bumper in US?

I would imagine that a 2008 Fuga grill would fit perfectly on a 2008 M35 since they are the same car. But getting one from a different body style might not work.
