Does Flash Options have quality products?

I have been trying to find a s13 front clip for some time. My problem is that I want one that comes with the body pannels in good shape. So Ihave searched alot and I have found flash options and that price seems good to me but I though I would drop this thread to see if people could give me their thoughts on them.

P.s. I am new to the board And for anyone living in northern VA I am in the process of opening a shop and this is why I need clips.

A few months ago, no one liked FlashOptions; forward a couple months, and NICO has a couple guinea pigs. Their product appears to be of better than average quality. Except for one person, who IIRC, didn't get his, or it was in terrible condition, but they are still working with him.. I'm not 100% sure on the details of that transaction.
