Does different test pipes matter?

Hey,I was just looking at some test pipes on ebay because im getting ready to do the exhaust system. I found a 65 dollar test pipe:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...41073

and a 32 dollar test pipe:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...73292

Does it really matter which one I get, their both just pipes but one is polished, is that the only difference?
