Roger, are we looking at the stock wiring or is this off the headunit????

this is behind my rear driver side quarter panel not sure if it was connected to the stock unit.

I believe thats from an old cd changer or may be from previous owners setup (cd changer) as from previous experience I've only seen this type of connector for that type of application.

Yeah, it's not listed in the electrical wiring diagrams for '01 so it's definitely aftermarket. It does look like a CD changer cable.

The right side silver connector is for an antenna

An antenna wouldn't need six pins plus shield.

i think it might be a connection for the factory navigation, but i dont know of anyone on here that did., i know alot of cars put the 6cd changers in the trunk.

I think you are correct. I had an cd changer in the truck (89 Toyota cressida) and the connection look just like that.
