why you do you want a bottom mount... to trick the police?

bottom mount t3 you'd have to make one, I've never heard of them. Alot of t3's compressor housings are too big for a bottom mount setup. if someone found one I'd be impressed.

i thought of adding a t2 to t3 adapter to my t25 bottom mount but clearance would be a big issue. also i will be guaranteed that my manifold will crack with a t3 much sooner. this cast one is an option but if it cracks, u will need a new one. i suggest read a thread on this forum about the differences and experiences of top mount vs bottom mount.

i only found that one manifold.

Ehrmm.. I'm using a T2 flanged bottom mount manifold, with a T2/T4 hybrid. GT30 series compressor. GT3076R to be exact. It fits under there with no problems.

Even if it were a T3/T4, I don't think it would be a problem. I just like to think outside the box. I'm one of the KA-T guys who goes against the grain. I don't get on here much anymore, but I try to put my $.02 in where I can.

Here's a picture of it.

Thats a standard bottom mount SSAC Chinese manifold found on EBay. They are only like $100, but they are T2 flanged.

I plan on fabbing up a bottom mount t3 setup, but that's not going to be for a while lol. I'll take pics when I do.

OP, you don't have any choice unless you custom make something yourself.

WD, I thought the AMS manifold was top mount...or is it flip-able?

I thought I remember seein a build thread on here of someone doing this. I can never seem to find it since I saw it the first time, but im pretty sure he fit a t3/t4 under one of those ssac bottom mounts after welding a t3 flange to it.

The guy who welded the T3 flange onto the SSAC manifold hasn't been on NIco in a long time. It did work pretty well from what I remember.

thats actually very awesome. and yeah that makes sense there should be enough room.

but still t3 bottom mounts are hard to find,

I think Bee-R or DO-luck ( not sure which Japanese maker, could be another company I cant remember ) did make an sr20 bottom mount t3 manifold.

the best way to do it.

would be to buy the pieces and make your own

Or buy an ebay one...slice the flange off and build an extension with a t3 flangefor your turbo.
