I will like to turn the 300ZX Twin Turbo rear Hubs from 5 to 4 lug. Can this be done with no problem?

It cannot be done. Take a look at this: http://importnut.net/240pics/b...6.JPG see the bolt pattern and the metal surrounding it? You can't redrill it because there is nothing to drill there. The best you can do is use redrilled 300zx rotors on your 4lug hubs with the 300zx caliper.

Edit: Actually it looks like there might be enough room, but you have so little metal there that I wouldn't feel safe driving it.

Can I take the 240sx area where the bolts go and swap it in? what about drilling and filling the blank area with metal? (welding)

That would throw the balance off.

Why are you trying to go from 5 lug to 4? Thats like dumping a hot chick, for her fat friend.

The TT Diff, flanges, and axle splines are different then the NA sersion. The NA versionb share the same axle spline design as the S/J/R chassis.

I dont think your going to be able to make your Z32 TT axles work with an easily found 4 lug hub.

Now is your car a Z32? If so I will move this to the Z threads.

You talking about welding metal to your hubs so you can change the pattern so you can use sportmax wheels, yeah I would say your cheap. There are other options but the Z32 turbo axles are too long, and the wrong spline. Q45/Z32 NA are an option.

Pay to play, if not go back to the sandbox.

Welding metal to the 300zx TT Hubs to use them with my sport max 4 lug converting them to 4 yes. But I will not spend $1,000 in axles to cruise around. Z32 axles the short one works the long one can be cut down with no problem.
