Does anyone know why spybot stopped updates??

It seems to me that spybot stopped give updates to there nice spyware tool. Has anyone else stopped getting them., or maybe know why they stopped. I guess the dude wasnt making enough for the program. Still good program none the less.

adaware seems to crash at times (happned on more than 10 computers, literally) when found lots of spywares and it often can not find things spybots can

spybot's last update is on 2004-08-10, you must have version 1.3 instead of version 1.2 to obtain this update otherwise it'll show no update is found

ad-aware i think is better then spybot becuase its not buggy. The crashing problem sounds like the OS not the software. You notice now of days when crap crashes and you do a fresh install of windows that proggy doesn't crash?

Don't blame the program first when windows starts crashing. I run spware blaster,ad-aware, and spybot for ****s and giggles and NOTHING crashes

lol usually ad-aware or spybot will get mostly all the proggys invaded on your machine. No need for both

Well i work here at cobb county with some stupid people that can get 350 out of spybot and another 100-200 out of ad aware... its better for me to run both so they dont call back complaining they have pop ups and hackers...

if you run ad aware, then run spybot you will see that you need both.
