like the post says, I'm looking for stock sized forged pistons. I'm tired of wrecking these stock pistons with only mild 270rwhp. I don't wan't to bore the block, so I'm looking for stock sized pistons.

I beleive you can order them from most of the piston companies directly. Also I think http://www.flatlanderracing.com has them listed on the "import" section of their website.

OR, lol, you can buy the pistons I have for sale, and use the money you saved to get the bore done!

flatlanerracing only has 2 pistons stck sized. One isn't forged (it's topline) and the other makes the compression 10.5-1. Anyone else?

Your not blowing stock pistons because they are weak. There is a problem somewhere else.

Aside from that^, AMS sells Arias pistons in the stock bore size.

8.8:1 compression ratio.

What I would do to avoid from having to bore the block is take the piston rings off of your stock pistons that are currently in the block and put them on your forged pistons. Check gap of course, but in all reality, that probably isn't even necessary.

Always use new rings when you pull the pistons out. Theyre cheap, theres really no excuse not to.

I think the ringlands on piston #4. Lots of blow-by, compression of 90, no oil water mixture, but smoke out the valve cover. So I'm thinking yeah. I was doing 110 coming home from school, never heard it happen. The car still drives, iy just misses like a mother. If I'm in drive at a light, the car shakes pretty bad, but tha's the worst f it.Yeah I know, How many engines am I gonna blow? (in my defense, it's been the ringlands everytime)

Price has nothing to do with it. Your old rings are already worn to the current bore. New rings have to seat into a new bore via wearing down the peaks left from honing.

This is what orion did to get his engine running again in a night when he blew a ringland out. Next day he dyno'd.

Read about it there^.

If you rehone the cylinders, then yes, use new rings.

Money does talk....

And by now, I think it would be shouting "TUNED ECU!!!" instead of "forged pistons!" LoL
